What you are buying.

Adding a Station Hub to checkout is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept payment and confirm the order by email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if stock has run out between your click and the payment clearing.

One to ten units per order. That is enforced in the checkout itself, not a preference: an order above ten is rejected before a payment is attempted. For more than ten, email support@proxynodes.com.

Price, tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay, and the price at checkout is the price you are charged. We do not print a price on these pages.

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on dispatch — when the parcel leaves us with the carrier. A parcel damaged or lost in transit is still our problem in practice: tell us and we will replace it. That is a commitment we are making here rather than a right this clause gives you.

We ship to United States addresses only; checkout will not accept another country. Dispatch time and destinations are on the product page. Delivery dates given anywhere are estimates, not terms.

Your node ships with firmware 1.2.33 or later, already flashed and working. That version is part of what you bought: it is on the device, it needs nothing from us, and no action of ours can take it away.

A node can fetch new firmware over your LAN. That is a service we provide and may change or stop — it is not part of the goods. Updating is under your control: the node has an update policy you set, and it can be turned off. A node that never updates again keeps doing exactly what it did the day it arrived.

We undertake that the print path in your node will never be made to depend on our cloud.

Printing, drawer kicks, barcode reads, the local HTTP/JSON API and raw ESC/POS on port 9100 all run on your own network and will keep running if our servers are down, if your internet is out, or if this company ceases to exist. We will not ship an update that adds a licence check, an activation call, a subscription gate or a phone-home requirement to that path. If a future release ever needed to, it would not be an update — it would be a different product, and you would keep the one you bought.

Cloud features — checkout, accounts, fleet visibility, support chat, telemetry — sit outside that path by design and can be declined without affecting the hardware.

A Station Hub drives ESC/POS printers, the cash drawer on the printer's RJ12 port, and USB keyboard-wedge scanners. It does not drive StarPRNT-only printers or label printers speaking ZPL, TSPL, EPL2 or CPCL. The compatibility page says what we have actually tested and what we have only emulated. Read it before you buy — it is where the honest limits are, and we would rather lose the sale than argue about it later.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or business interruption — and our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. If a node stops working, your remedy is a repair, a replacement or a refund under the warranty.

You remain responsible for your own business continuity. A single node is a single point of failure in a lane, and the honest advice is to keep a spare if a stopped lane costs you more than a spare does.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

TBD — the governing law and venue for these terms have not been settled. This is marked rather than filled in with a guess, because naming the wrong jurisdiction in a contract is worse than naming none.

We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
